Hi, I’m Sarah! I am an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. I completed my Honors Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto where I specialized in Health and Disease, Physiology and Psychology. I am passionate about empowering others to optimize their health & wellbeing through the education of movement. With your success at the forefront of each and every program, my training system strikes a fine balance between performance and injury prevention. This facilitates your continued excellence in the activities that you love most. Together, we will work on strengthening your functional movement patterns by way of enhanced mobility and core integration.
